Abstract Figure Cite In Main Text

All figures that are part of the main text require a number using arabic numerals figure 1 figure 2 etc. References should be cited in numerical order as they appear in text and all references cited in the main text should be included in the main manuscript file. The abstract is distinct from the main body of the text and thus should not be the only source of background information critical to understanding the manuscript.
